For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, we will work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 5 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 3 to 5 additional business days! Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at anytime. If your order status reads "Open," then your order has been successfully submitted. If your order status reads "Shipped," your order is prepared for shipment and you will see the delivery tracking number assigned to your order which will be generated by PayPal. Shipping fees are based upon the weight of the items and are calculated through USPS.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. Box. All shipments are tracked. One USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered.
If you need signature confirmation or insurance added to your package because of theft concerns in your neighborhood, you must arrange these extra services before you make your purchase. Pick up is available for local orders. Please indicate "pick up" and contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return and Refund Policy
Any Return or Refund Claim must be done within 7 days of shipment date. Absolutely NO returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items. Please make sure that the order number is clearly written on the outside package when shipping. Cancelled orders before shipment will result in full store credit to your account. Cancelled orders after shipment will result in a 30% cancellation fee of the order value and you will be charged for the reshipment fee back to us. A return shipping fee will be charged in the event that a package is not deliverable. If the undelivered package is still requested, you will be held responsible for all fees and shipping costs.
Damaged and defective items must be returned in its original packaging. Please note, items received outside of its original packaging will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping on returned items. Cassie’s Corner is not responsible for any returned items that are lost or undeliverable. We recommend that you use a reputable carrier with tracking services. A full refund will be applied to your account once the package is received, inspected, and cleared by our Shipping Department. If the package is not received, you will not receive any store credit. All items that are in the original packaging, unopened and unmarked will not be charged a restocking fee. All other returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied against the customer’s credit. Our Quality Control and Shipping Department implements a systemized packaging process. If you find that an item from you order is missing, please contact us immediately. Claims will only be honored if notified within 3 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by USPS. All policy items are subject to change without notice. Customer is responsible for return shipping on all items.
